Since becoming a REALTOR®, Alex has been an active participant in the San Mateo and
San Francisco Association of REALTORS®. Alex has served on the Board of Directors for
both association and on numerous committees, including: Legislative, Grievance,
Foundation, Technology and has served as Chair of the Cultural Diversity Committee as
well as the Political Action Committee which lobbies elected officials by championing
property rights for homeowners.
Alex has also participated in the local Multiple Listing Service serving as an Operations

At the State Level, Alex has been extremely involved with the California Association of
REALTORS®, and has served on numerous CAR committees including, Multiple Listing
Service, Affordable Housing as the Regional Representative, past Vice-Chair of
International Real Estate and past Vice-Chair of Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity,
and was a SAMCAR Regional Representative and State Director.
At the National Association of REALTORS®, Alex currently sits on the International Real
Estate committee.
Alex has been active in The Women’s Council of REALTORS® in San Francisco and The
National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals
in Silicon Valley.
Alex has received numerous sales awards from three of the largest Real Estate
Franchises, Century 21, Keller Williams Realty and RE/MAX International, Inc.
and recognition for his internet marketing from two of the largest Real Estate Internet
